Chouquettes: French Cream Puffs

Through this experience, you’ll learn to make the dough that is the basis of many French pastries: éclairs, profiteroles, Paris-Brest and more! We will have the opportunity to prepare the recipe together, to discuss the ingredients, utensils and steps, and to exchange tips or recipes for more advanced levels. This experience is interactive and everyone will be free to contribute to make it a collective and dynamic experience. Above all, the goal is for learners to gain confidence in themselves and their language skills, while having fun.

Bring your favorite apron! You will also receive the list of ingredients for the recipe in advance so that you can get everything you need for the experience.
